Urgent computer issue

Computer was working fine earlier. I go out and girlfriend is on and she says it's all messed up. I look at it and everything is in windings or some other weird font that is just a bunch of shapes. My start button, my programs, everything except Mozilla. Still, everything in Mozilla is now in a thick black font and the page is messed up. Anyone have any idea? I tried to select a new font but it says I have no fonts... Help me out if you can please.

It might not be windings but it's definitely similar. Even the profile names when I start the computer are in it.

And it's definitely not the girlfriend... she would have no idea how to change it.

Got it fixed. Had a trojan that I couldn't get rid of so I had to reinstall. Going to get a firewall and an antivirus on here from now on.

A computer for your girlfriend is the best option. My wife destroyed our computer a few years ago, had to have our IT guy come to my house to fix it it was so bad.

Haha this slow piece of crap that I'm using now was the computer for the girlfriend. She fried mine within a day of me moving this one in for her. Damn women. :lol:

Anyone have any suggestions for good and free (or cheap) spyware, firewall, antivirus, and antitrojan software?

I used to have a ton of stuff installed on mine as part of the deal I got with the computer but it's on a special CD that won't transfer to this one...

Sbybot is what my IT guy recommended and I think it was free.

I use Mozilla and Opera primarily. Not sure if I could stand the AOL browser but I might have to give it a shot if this happens again.
